  • Introduction only: If you introduce us to an institutional client and we close the deal, we pay you a $5,000 finder's fee.
  • We do the hard part: Janus handles the complex procurement, the "Sole-Source" legal arguments, and the IT implementation.
  • Partner's Role: You get the "Capacity Building Retainer" purely for training the staff on how to use the tool.

Pathway A: Build your portfolio

Leverage Climate Finance Intelligence to offer high-value products and services on your own terms. You control the pricing and keep the margin, while paying Janus a predictable flat fee.

Alignment Audits

Run a client's Concept Note (CN) or Funding proposal (FP) through our "Alignment Assistants" before they submit, ensuring it meets donor standards.

Recommended Range: $1,500 (Concept Notes) – $5,000 (Funding Proposals)

The "Replication" Blueprint

Use CFI to identify a funded "Precedent Project" in a similar context. Extract its Logframe, ToC, and Budget structure to create a "Replication Roadmap" for client.

Recommended Range: $3,500 (Concept Notes) – $8,000 (Funding Proposals)

The "Rescue" Service

Take a client's failed Concept Note and use CFI to generate a "Remediation Roadmap" based on successful precedents.

With Pathway B our partner program offers two different revenue streams that will give you recurring revenue and substantial commission that can rival any program on the market. 

Stream A: The Deployment Commission

Deployment Commission (20%): Recurring revenue from the software license (paid by Donor/Grant). 

Stream B: The Capacity Building Retainer

Capacity Building Retainer: Significant service contract to "Operationalize" the system (Training, Data Governance, QA).

Four-year license cost:$120,000 USD (paid to Janus)

Your 20% Commission (Four year aggregate): $24,000 USD

Your four-year retainer is approx. $100,000 ($25k x 4 years)

No. For Pathway B, your role is "Introduction only". Janus HQ handles the complex procurement, the "Sole-Source" legal arguments, and the IT implementation. You simply make the connection and then step in for the training and support phase.

Yes. We enforce a Zero Data Retention policy. Data is deleted after processing, and client data is never shared or used to train public Large Language Models (LLMs). We offer SOC-2/ISO-27001 compliant infrastructure options for enterprise clients.

We provide the technical infrastructure (the Knowledge Vault and Assistants), the sales support (Sole-Source language and Pitch Decks), and the business development engine by surfacing your profile to users needing help.

You serve as the "Implementation Partner," earning a "Capacity Building Retainer" specifically to provide staff training, data governance, and quality assurance to the client over a multi-year period.

Partners are expected to "Master the Platform" using a complimentary CFI Premium License (valued at $1,400), which allows you to build deep familiarity with the workflows and "Task-Specific Assistants" internally before engaging clients.

No. The program is designed as a long-term "Capacity Building Retainer" (approx. 4 years), where you serve as the sustained Point of Contact (POC) to ensure the client retains institutional knowledge and the system remains operational.

No. For independent work under Pathway A (The Power User), you operate on a "predictable flat fee" model. You inform Janus of what Assistant you require to use (and how many runs) and Janus will allocate the appropriate quantity of tokens. You keep the full margin on the services you sell to your clients.
